City Power Unacceptable Long Turn Around Times

To City Power Johannesburg.

The turn around time of City Power, when it comes to attending to reported power faults / outages, has become truly outrageous. In the past, the turn-around time used to be about 4 hours. Nowadays, we the residents of Ward 66, have to wait anything from 3 days, to sometimes even weeks, before our power is restored!

It is totally unacceptable that many of us have to sit days and weeks without electricity, simply due to the fact that City Power does not attend to power outages in a timely manner, considering that sometimes, all that they have to do is flip a tripped switch.

We the residents of Ward 66, hereby request that City Power improves it's turn-around time and customer service.
